When I was in school I worked a little doing child care and events waitressing.
I did a 3 month internship in Boston, USA during my undergraduate degree
I now work as a PhD student (technically still a student, but you usually get paid to do this!) -

About Me:
I’m a PhD student studying cancer and genetics. In my free time I like dancing and cooking.

My Typical Day:
I go to work at a big science institute with lots of other scientists. I use a mixture of laboratory science and computer work to find out answers to questions. I also have a lot of meetings with people all over the world who are working on similar things.

I was considering being a doctor or a research scientist
