About Me:
Hi! I’m Chris and I’m a newly qualified clinical scientist in genetics. My favourite things are: my job, keeping fit and watching sport. I currently live in Manchester.
-
My Typical Day:
When I get into work, I make myself a big cup of coffee and check my emails. Most of my day is spent analysing the results of genetic testing then writing reports which get sent to the patients’ doctors. Sometimes I need to set up the genetic test which is then performed in the laboratory by the laboratory staff. As scientists, we are also responsible for training new staff and attending team meetings.
