Education:
I started my primary school at small village in Karnataka state, India. Then, I moved to small town for middle and high school.

Qualifications:
I have obtained Bachelor’s in Veterinary Medicine at the Bangalore Veterinary College, India (2007). Then, I was awarded with a scholarship from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) to pursue Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) in Veterinary Biochemistry (2010). After Masters, I have started Ph.D. in Virology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ghent University. Indian Council of Agricultural Research – International Fellowship (ICAR IF – 2011/12) and Ghent University special research fund (BOF – 2015) sponsored my Ph.D. project (2016).

Subsequently after PhD, I have started working at The Pirbright Institute, UK.
