• Question: Can you reverse the damage of motor neuron disease by using stem cells?

      You would be able to reverse it by using stem-cell derived neurons and replacing the ones that are affected by the disease in the human body, but we have not been able to do that yet.
      They are mostly used to look at the mechanisms involved in the disease to understand how to reverse it with drugs or other intervention
