Hi burrn, great chatting with you today. To follow up on this I have linked some MS webpages that detail exercises and how these may be able to help 🙂

      https://www.mstrust.org.uk/life-ms/exercise

The above has lots of extra info and options you can click on about how to stay active, choosing the right exercise, starting off slowly, and even has some videos.

      https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/nhs-fitness-studio/ms-and-fibromyalgia-pilates-exercise-video/

The above is an exercise video from the NHS website deemed suitable for people with MS but everyone’s condition will be different so it may not be suitable for your dad.

There are lots of online resources but the best place to go would be to a doctor (GP) who knows your dad’s history with the condition and what his mobility is like, and ask for some advice on exercise and physiotherapy.

      I hope that helps 🙂
