      Having a balanced, healthy lifestyle is important, i.e. good diet, no smoking, exercise etc. This helps to prevent diseases caused by ageing and DNA damage. This is also important for keeping your immune system strong, which will help to protect you from and fight off infectious diseases such as viruses and bacterial infections. Stress also makes your immune system weaker so it’s really important to take time to relax and take care or your mental health. Washing your hands regularly using soap, especially before eating/ after using the bathroom/ being in busy public spaces will reduce the chances of spreading diseases and is more important now than ever.
