The World Health Organisation (WHO) has said that there is no evidence of bugs, houseflies and mosquitoes in particular, spreading COVID-19. This is because the COVID-19 virus is spread through droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes, or through droplets of saliva or fluid from the nose. Being bitten by a bug won’t pass the virus on because the virus is mostly found in the lungs and respiration system, rather than being in the blood. Hope that helps!
