      I love cooking food when I’m not cooking up experiments in the lab! I have been told that I make the best roast potatoes ever. I love to cook big traditional roast dinners for my friends. Maybe if I ever leave science I will open a Sunday roast dinner cafe! I make very very rich chocolate brownies too!

    Hi Leo, I learned to make one of the most famous Venezuelan deserts and every time there is a party I get asked to bring one along! It is called quesillo and it is like a milky creamy flan covered in caramel.
