Question: What’s the worst disease you’ve ever experimented with?

It depends how you define ‘worst’! I have worked on understanding quite a few different diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, Behcet’s disease, and other autoinflammatory diseases. Alzheimer’s is a very sad disease, as it causes memory loss, however it mostly affects the older generation. I think what I am working on now is very important, as ill children with an undiagnosed rare disease might have to live their whole life with the symptoms until a treatment is found. This is what motivates me to work hard and is what makes research rewarding! 🙂
